Stationary pressurized cement warehouses

Since 2000 OJSC «Sibneftemash» is manufacturing packaged cement warehouses for oilfield service companies. For this purpose special storage pressure equipment was designed, which is reflected in the combined organizational standard STO 3615-041-05753336-2007 – «Welded steel tanks, pressurized. Specifications.»

DESIGN FEATURES:
Each warehouse is designed for particular tasks and requirements of the Customer:
— climatic conditions;
— nominal amount of storage material;
— the equipment capacity for materials loading / unloading;
— technological capabilities in accordance with used recipes;
— degree of automation required for technological processes.

Complex storage should be able to take required amount of cement and chemicals from:
— bulk-cement transport unit;
— MKR – plastic big bag;
— rail road tanks with pneumatic unloading.

STEP 1
Preparation of technical proposal for equipment composition with technical characteristics in accordance with Customer technical assignment.

STEP 2
Development of process flow diagram for warehouse, calculation of pneumatic transport systems and compressor equipment for material specification.

STEP 3
Design of tank equipment and technological tie-in scheme of warehouse. Up to now, we have designed more than 120 modifications of tank equipment. Differences in modifications of equipment is performed using existing scheme and base silos and different set of technological components (fittings, pipes, manholes, ladders, catwalks and other standard elements of the customer’s requirements).
