2023

One of the largest projects in the history of the plant has been completed - two units of deethanization skids for the Gas Fractionation Unit were manufactured and shipped to the customer. Each skid weighs more than 420 tons.

JSC Sibneftemash is a part of HMS Group OJSC.

HMS Group OJSC is one of the largest manufacturers of pumping equipment for the oil and gas industry, energy, housing and utilities, and water management in Russia and the CIS, one of the leading manufacturers of block-integrated oil-field equipment, as well as a dynamically developing engineering company that performs a wide range of design , construction and commissioning works on the complex arrangement of oil and gas facilities and water management facilities.

2006

The first technological capacity of 75m3 - PTE-75P was released.

2003

The first cement plant was launched, as well as a mobile cement warehouse TsT-40

2001-2006

The company allocates significant funds for modernization.

The boiler room, machining shops, assembly and welding shop, paint shop were reconstructed.

The high-performance modern equipment is installed.

2000

The beginning of the formation of the range of products that today characterize the main product line of JSC Sibneftemash:

• packer-anchor equipment;

• containers

1994-1995

AO Sibneftemash produces 178 cementing pumps.

In the future, 9T was upgraded by factory workers, and was produced as a pump TsN 26-32. Over the next few years, dozens of new products were launched into production:

1. welding units (on the basis of a TT-4 skidder);

2. container gas stations;

3. underground drainage tanks;

4. autoloader cable;

5. gearboxes intermediate to pumping units;

6. drives screw pumps;

7. steam boilers for installation PPUA-1600/100 and others.

1993 - New stage in the history of the plant

The plant was incorporated, and, like thousands of enterprises in the country, it suddenly turned out to be in the element of the market. The demand for previously manufactured products, which were highly valued by the oil industry, fell catastrophically. A sharp decline in investment in the oil industry, and competition. Now, not only domestic but also foreign firms vied to offer their products.

JSC Sibneftemash will repurpose production and begin production of 9T pumps (before that, the only enterprise that produced this equipment was the Krasny Molot plant in Grozny, but it stopped work).

November, 1989

The plant is mastering the serial production of pumping units, which were previously produced by the Baku plant.

The equipment park is replenished - the plant receives more than 20 long-awaited machines for various purposes.

1987 – A special milestone in the history of the team

The plant goes to the new department - the Ministry of Petroleum and Chemical Engineering, and receives the name Sibneftemash, which is still preserved.

With the change of signage, there was a change of priorities in the product range. The main thing for the enterprise is the construction of block-type pumping stations (BKNS).

1980

More than 400 people work at the plant.

Products of this period:

• semi-trailers and saddles;

• ramp and oil barges;

• float cranes;

• floating block pumping stations;

• pipe carriers, timber trucks and fuel trucks;

• heat generators for prestarting heating of automotive engineering, etc.

The company is transferred from the category of auxiliary to an industrial group and gets the name "Neftetransmash". New buildings are being introduced, the machine park of the plant is being replenished. The volume of production increases significantly.

The range of manufactured products is replenished:

• swamps and dredgers, so necessary in the swampy Tyumen taiga,

• SP-49A pile-driving machines,

• gas heat generators TGP-1,

• mobile non-destructive testing laboratories and other innovations.

March  19, 1976

Created "Mechanical plant for the production of auto equipment," according to the order number 163 "Glavtyumenneftegaz." At that time, Glavtyumenneftegaz was headed by the legendary V.I. Muravlenko.

The purpose of its creation was the operational provision of special and non-standardized equipment of oil and gas companies in Western Siberia.

It was a difficult task:

• In the period of development of the oil and gas complex of the country, Glavtyumenneftegaz was to quickly increase the production of Tyumen oil at the expense of the relatively small new underground “storerooms” put into development.

• Many dozens of oil-bearing areas located in the marshy taiga, far from each other, as well as from industrial bases and transport routes, needed equipment, fuel, building materials to develop new fields and develop the necessary infrastructure.
